The North Staffs Workforce
Development Project
2004-2009 is
funded through the Learning
and Skills Council,
Advantage West Midlands,
North Staffs Regeneration
Zone and Government Office
for The West Midlands;
utilising ESF (European Social
Fund) Funding.
The project seeks to provide
support and the opportunity
for individual workers,
within the ceramic and
non-ceramic sectors in North
Staffordshire, to train and
re-skill / up-skill to meet
the demands of the changing
job market. |

Project 2006-2008: |

The Better West Midlands Project
2006-2008 is funded through the Learning
and Skills Council and
Government Office for The West
Midlands; utilising ESF
(European Social Fund) Funding -
via a Co-Financing arrangement.
The project seeks to provide
support for 5,000 workers who
live or work in The West
Midlands and who are
affected by redundancy from
within the Manufacturing
